  • Customer support: Information you send when contacting us for help.

  • Device information: Device model, operating system, language, time zone, IP address.

  • Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, clicks, session length, error logs.

  • Cookies & similar technologies: To remember preferences, improve performance, and analyse traffic (see Section 11 – Cookies).

c. Information from Third-Party Services

If you choose to sign in or link your account with a third-party service (e.g., Apple, Google, or Facebook), we may receive:

  • Email address

  • Profile image (if provided)

  • Unique user ID from the third party

  • Authentication token

We use this information to:

  • Create and manage your Cosmic Guide account

  • Authenticate and secure your login

  • Personalise your experience

Your use of third-party sign-in is subject to their privacy policies. You may unlink your third-party account in your device settings or by contacting us, though some features may not be available afterward.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data to:

  1. Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

  2. Deliver personalised astrological and AI-powered guidance.

  3. Process payments and manage subscriptions.

  4. Send you updates, security alerts, and customer support messages.
